Grape Rakia Raketa Single Barrel from a individually selected oak barrel is produced from wine distillate in a traditional way in a pot still with a distillation column, exclusively from own-grown fruit from vineyards located in Karlovo’s Rose Valley. The rakia is bottled in a limited edition of only 870 bottles. The aromatic grape varieties Muscat Ottonel and Karlovski Misket have been selected for its production. This rakia ages for 4 years in Bulgarian oak and combines the harmony of very ripe fruit, soft vanilla, caramel and soft velvety taste. It is suitable for consumption with goat and sheep cheese as well as some heavy salads.
