Arkana Borea Petit Manseng

Arkana Borea Petit Manseng is a product of the Seewines Spirit distillery. The Petit Manseng variety is extremely suitable for the production of delicate dessert wines, therefore it is most often harvested late, only at the end of November and after a serious accumulation of sugars in the grains. The grapes for this rakia are harvested at the beginning of December, therefore Arkana Borea is also a winter rakia. As a result of the grapes almost ripening in the vineyard, the rakia is characterized by ethereal aromas of honey, raisins, wax and citrus.
