Arkana Masterblend

Arkana Masterblend is rakia made from hand-picked Muscat Ottonel grapes from 50-year-old restored vineyards. The blend is the creation of the enologist Mariana Galabova. It matures in three oak barrels, giving it a deep and dense taste of honey and sweet spices. The rakia has nice solid old gold color. The aroma is intense and distinctive for Muscat rakias with the typical notes of Turkish delight, supported by nuances of tree bark and sweet spices – cardamom, cloves. The taste is intense, with a sensation of honey and brown sugar, followed by notes of bergamot, dried apricot and clove. The aftertaste is long, multi-layered, with pleasant honey and vanilla notes on the palate.
