Rakia Rozova Dolina is high quality grape rakia, produced in a traditional way in a pot still with a distillation column, exclusively from own-grown fruit from vineyards located in Karlovo’s Rose Valley. The aromatic grape varieties Muscat Ottonel and Karlovski Misket have been selected for its production. The wine distillate ages for 3 years in Bulgarian oak. The rakia itself is characterized with its softness, easy to drink style and fruit richness. It is suitable for consumption with Shopska and Srpska Salads, many other kinds of salads as well as salty cheese and different kinds of turshija.
