Muscat rakia Arkana is excellently produced from own vineyards and matured for 6 months in Bulgarian oak barrels. The rakia recreates the Muscat Otonel grape variety in a brilliant way. Arkana is characterized by very good freshness expressed through shades of fresh grass and complexity expressed in the typical musk notes of the grape and rose zippers, as well as spiciness of ginger, indrishe, nettle, coriander and cardamom. Additional complexity is given by floral notes and the typical for the Bulgarian oak coffee, chocolate and tree bark. On the palate, the rakia opens up very powerfully and leaves a long aftertaste at the beginning of the palate, with leading lavender and nettle wrapped in a cloud of roses. All these characteristics allow the rakia to be combined with a wide variety of food.
