Aged apricot rakia Stara Pesma is a very stylish and well-rounded apricot rakia, double distilled based on a classical methodology in a pot still. The apricot in aroma and taste is very well-preserved and harmonized with notes coming from the 3.5 years of maturation in oak barrels. The aroma is characterized with excellent fig, apricot, caramel, vanilla, almond and hazelnut notes. The taste is well-rounded and develops extraordinarily on the palate with a very good harmony between nutty aromas, caramel, vanilla and apricot.
