Rakia Zaric Nirvana is maybe the only Viljamovka, pear based rakia produced from the sort Williams whose name is not associated with the name of the sort. From the very first sip, you feel like you are experiencing a nirvana. The aroma and the taste of the pears is so well preserved that it really feels like you have a piece of Williams pear in your mouth while drinking it. It is characterized with extremely long aftertaste. It is most suitable to be served as an aperitif. Especially this rakia, due to its very intense taste, would very successfully come along with light (not too sweet) deserts like cheese cake. Would also be very suitable as a digestif.
